So, as many of you know, the 4th was my birthday. That was also the day Gwar came to Louisville to pillage and kill our children and rape our women...which they did. It was, without question, the best show I have ever been to. When we got there the first band was right in the middle of their set. It was ridiculous...the three bands who played before Gwar SUCKED BALLS and they played long sets, too. My favorite thing that I noticed while standing around waiting was the fact that everything was covered with plastic. hahahaha. Anyways, The slaves got done setting up all the equipment and the Gwar logo was lowered, and of course the crowd roared its approval...and then...The first to enter was Oderus, followed by a few slaves and the other bandmates, and then the robot nazi pope. So Oderous screamed a few obscenities and they started the show with 'War Party', during which they ripped off the nazi pope's skin and sprayed blood all over everyone. After that song they brought out George W. Bush, and he was carrying a big missile, which the slaves took from him and beat him over the head with. And without hesitation Oderous decapitated him and he also sprayed blood everywhere...duh. I forget what came next, and I have no clue in what order the songs were played, but the ones I wanted to hear were played (The Horror Of Yig, Maggots, America Must Be Destroyed, and of course Sick Of You). The rest of the enemies consisted of Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was declared the new president by Oderus after W was killed, Michael Jackson and his baby, "A very confused cave troll" (Thats what Oderus called it..?), and my personal favorite....someone gimme a drumroll....the rotting corpse of Lacy Peterson along with her dead fetus, which the slaves ripped directly from her womb! And I don't care how horribly disrespectful/wrong it is...it was fucking hilarious! So yeah, that ended and everyone was screaming for more, so they brought out the Biledriver, which, for those of you who don't know, is a big giant cannon-type thing that looks like it is made of human body parts, and it sprays false bile/shit (and 'shit' meaning poop, not just random stuff) all over everyone in the crowd. So we left headliners looking like we had just jumped in a pool filled with waterbased paints of every color...I'd say it was well worth it. The End.
